Responsibilities
- Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like Naukri, Linkedin, etc)
- Screening the resumes.
- Conducting online interviews (via phone, video and in-person)
- Collaborate with different organization to hire new candidate.(Like College/Community/Groups)
- Send shortlisted candidate to office for final interview.
- Managing and sorting candidate data base.
- Circulate the event related post on different platform/ group.
Skill Requirement
- Good in HR skill & experienced.
- Active on different college groups/social media & have strong community & networking in different colleges.
- Good working with people, can work under time pressure.
- Good in team management skill, reporting & communication.
- Leadership skill.
- Must required Excellent command over in English language.
- Who can achieve the targets & make a new goal for others.

- Monitoring social media platforms for comments, mentions, and messages. Responding to them promptly and professionally in a way that aligns with the brand voice.

- Researching venues, vendors, and event trends.
- Assisting with budgeting and creating timelines.
- Assisting with vendor communication, managing RSVPs, and ensuring smooth event set-up and breakdown.
- Conduct post-event evaluations and generate reports.
- Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers (venue, catering, audio/visual, etc.)
- Manage and coordinate event staff and volunteers.
